Project KA220-VET: e-DRIVE
The e‑DRIVE project (Enhancing Development, Readiness, Innovation, and Vocational Education for Logistics Drivers) is an Erasmus+ KA220-VET cooperation partnership designed to respond to Europe’s critical shortage of qualified logistics truck drivers. The project modernises vocational education and training by aligning VET provision with real labour‑market needs, developing eight digital‑first micro‑courses, a sector‑specific digital driving simulator, and a recognised micro‑credential framework that equips learners with the technical, digital and practical competences required in the logistics‑driving profession. Implemented by a transnational consortium of six organisations from Spain, Greece, the Netherlands, Bulgaria and Lithuania, e‑DRIVE brings together VET schools, technical specialists and micro‑credential experts to strengthen employability, support digital transformation in training, and foster cross‑border collaboration in the logistics sector.
